FAQ
How long does the home staging process take?

The staging process can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. This is determined by how much work needs to be done and when your agent wants to have the house listed. Completing the staging job required based on time and budget will help to get your house sold quickly and for the best price.

Where can I rent furniture?

Check out your local rent-to-own stores as they may have programs that allow people to rent furniture on a monthly short term basis, therefore you only keep the furniture as long as the house is for sale.

What should I budget for staging my home whether I use a professional stager or do it myself?

We always say plan on spending between 1 – 3% of your asking price. On average any staging jobs I have done have been no more than 1% of the asking price.

How long is the entire DVD?

Each DVD is approx 10 – 15 minutes with a total running time for all 4 DVD’s of 45 min.

How long does it take to receive the DVD package once it's ordered?

We use Purolator Courier, so from the time you place your order to the time you receive it will be approximately 3 – 5 business days for anywhere in Canada and 5 – 7 business days for orders going to the US. International orders can expect delivery in approximately 10 – 14 business days.
